Anyone seen/heard of this movie/book/manga? It's pretty sweet. I read the book last year, and I just downloaded the movie and I'm watching that right now. So far, it's pretty good. :cool:

I read some of the manga a while back. it's pretty cool.

I heard the movie was altered too much, so I'll probably try and pick up the book after I get through my already huge reading list.

They made a slight change in who put the kids on the island, thereby eliminating any actual substance the plot already had.

While reading the book, I had to lay down when it was describing Chigusa stepping on that one guy's balls. A lot of deep breaths were necessary.

Movie was great coming from someone who hasn't heard of/read the book.

Movie was cool.

I thought it was a wicked movie too, although I haven't read it. But avoid the sequel. Yuck.

I've only read the first few chapters of the book and it was great. something i've been meaning to pick up for a while..

I haven read the book but i quite enjoyed the movie. I picked it up for 2pounds by chance a few months back. My 16 year old brother is obsessed with it.

They annoying thing is how japanese kids have this compulsion to scream!

I thought the movie was boring...

Are you sure you watched the right movie. Kids thrown on an island and told to kill each other in order to save themselves? I don't see how that premise could be ever boring.

Book is awesome.

Movie is great.

Heard the sequel sucked, don't wanna watch it (friend is letting me borrow it).

And don't wanna read the manga.
