im not shure if my system will be able to cope though, iv got

AMD 6000+ DUAL CORE
2 GIG DDR2
8600 512 GT PCIE

will that be good enough?
I can run stuff like half life 2 and Doom 3 maxed out on eveything including resolution.

ahhh you should run it fine, maybe a bit more ram to be sure. crytek said it flew on an 8800.

Your system is fine. Crytek arn't stupid, they need to have it scalable so even lower end systems (which your computer is not), can play so they get more $$. You'll run it fine, but probably not on the highest settings.
