I Need Help With Condemned Video Game Please

I hate to make a thread like this, but I have searched the internets, etc...and have come up short of a guide or walkthrough.

I like this game a lot but have not played it for about a month because I am stuck in the swimming pool.

I don't know the level, but the guy (Ethan) is at a school and standing in a drained swimming pool. Only one way out so he begins walking and the entire thing goes to a dream / surreal sequence and bad guys start falling out of the sky and attack him in what seems to be a spawning manner. Kill some, more come. Ultimately one grabs you and even if I can break free I'm pretty much a dead man, as others are also attacking.

I've tried it every which way, on "Easy" etc...and dying seems to be the only thing to do.

How do I beat this section? Thanks guys.....

I've never played so I can't help you find the part. But GFaqs pretty much has any faq you need.

Eventually they should just stop coming.
Climb the ladder and try getting out of the pool.
That's what I did.

Jump down into the swimming pool and head to the other end. You will see bodies
falling down. Be careful, these bodies get up and attack you. This was a pretty
difficult task for me. There are just too many of the bodies and they are
coming from everywhere. Try to stay out of range because they will jump you.
What I did was grabbed the submachine gun from the other end of the pool and
then stay in one corner. Wait for the cralwers to get right up to your face and
then blast them. Use your taser and when you run out of ammo pick up a weapon
from the dead.

When this is all over, get out via ladder.

ooh. thanks for the tips. i'm gonna go try some stuff i'll pick up in the guide.

i tried gamefaqs but don't have a console so forgot all about that version. hope its the same as the pc.

brb with hopefully some good news. if successful a mod can close this.

I can't even remember that bit. I was going to start Condemned again, got through about 3 levels and then a ton of better games started coming out.

this took me a few go's but i remember there being a paper cutter thing close to where you start in the pool. Just kill sverything with that.

The ladder is at the shallow end but you have to survive for a bit bafore it appears i think
