I think that it would be in americas best interest to get rid of the two party system.
Here is my reasoning-(no research just my opinion and thinking)
1.Both partys are corupt behind belief and the people at the bottom (voters) usually know nothing of this.

2.They both want the same thing with a few diverse issues
ex. Abortion, Gay rights, etc. Some small stuff that really can be solved with numerous parties

3.America is a diverse country, and not everyone has the same belief as a single party and they should have the right to choose beyond the normal of 2-4 candidates.
