A synth is where you press a button and it sounds like another instrument right? Is there something like that for guitar, or is it a stand alone thing? I saw synthesizers online, but they're all keyboard things. Is there a synth for guitars?

What do you want it to sound like, exactly?


If you want your guitar to sound like a complete different instrument (like a violin or trumpet or something for example) it's possible but definitely not cheap
