Make Believe isn't even that bad
like if you ignore that "Beverly Hills" is by the band who once wrote "Getchoo" and just kicked the **** out of everything, and that it's a good throwaway pop song, then whatever

probably why i said that this particular dittie happens to be 50% of all the songs of the weezer i have heard.
perhaps instead of getting upperty about it you should suggest a few song of theirs that may change my mind?

IMHO, the best tracks on Pinkerton that are not cheese are "Across the Sea," "Pink Triangle," and "Falling For You."

imo weezer are pretty gay but hash pipe is cool cause hash is cool.
and so is sweater song because everyone loves sweaters
Weezer (1992-1998) were pretty cool. After that everything went to ****.

I enjoy a few Weezer songs, but never could get into them the way some people do. But nearly every band is like that to me.

make believe is their worst. i mean really, the green album was awful but it had a couple decent tracks and the rest just sounded all the same. then maladroit came around and there was more variety, maybe 2 or 3 decent songs, and the rest was awful. but make believe is just really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really awful.
