how can I give my guitar a organ like sound or something similar, is it possible...

I'd just get a keyboard or keyboardist personally. No MIDI or effect is going to sound as good as the real thing.

You could shoot for an Electro-Harmonix POG or Microsynth. That's about the only thing I can think of that could even possibly come close... John Frusciante of Red Hot Chili Peppers used both those pedals on their latest album (Stadium Arcadium), and he gets some wicked synth tones that approach organ-ish vibes.
