Anyway, the vocals annoy me, because he's obviously a failing Ian Curtis, and there's no need to step on his fu‪cking grave anymore. And there's enough Joy Division copies out there, we don't need one more.

When compared to the best Interpol released, turn on the bright lights, this band lacks energy (not that interpol is brim with energetic vibe like say ATD-I but I mean someone must understand it). They sound closer to the saddest sections of Joy Division except, again, they are a copy.

Coldplay has some moments.

Mostly on Parachutes, and some really, really rare sparks on the latter material. I don't expect much from the new Coldplay album.

Parachutes is indeed quite nice, but X & Y pretty much made me never want to listen to Coldplay ever again.

Fix you is slightly "awww" but just because it has a snare triplet bar and that's it.
