Started playing drums when I was 16. My first kit was a 5 piece CB that I bought for $100. I had it for about two years and got rid of it and started playing bass. I then recieved a 70's era 4 piece Royce from my sister in law and have been playing it ever since. Sure most of you have seen that I refinished it myself and what not.

THis was when I was in the process of getting new hoops, heads, and other hardware.

and for the newest. I'm currently in the process of moving and don't have a house yet. I moved all my stuff into my warehouse that I run a screen printing business out of. I would just stay here, but there is no ac and its about 100 degrees in there during the day.

Anyways, I was messing around and decided to set my kit up left handed style. I wish I would of done this 5 years ago. I am a million times better and faster then I used to be.

i love the wall kick. freaking brilliant. But I'm curious, did you try out a bunch of walls before you picked that one? Stud or no stud?

btw. welcome to the lefty world. It's nicer here.

Ride is my favorite. I've tested a good amount and I still love that one. I'm interested in getting a Dream bliss, 20 or 22 inch ride. Roomate has one that is the shizz.

macbook yep. snare is a 14x7.5 6 ply. Very thin. 45 degree inside with slight roundover. Hand cut snare beds 1/8 of an inch deep. Taye syle strainer. amd lugs. minwax stain, tung oil finish.

The kit was stripped of its original wrap. Sanded and stained with min wax emerald sea or something. poly coat finish.

It's funny though... Seeing a lefty kit even looks funny to me...

haha, i know how that goes, but more with lefty guitarists. I mean, in my head, a "guitarist" just has a guitar going the "right" way, you know? Even though I play guitar lefty.... it just looks funny when lefties play.

When I get settled in a new house and have room to work then, yes. Need some extra cash and I'll be ready to do some stave shells. I bought a lathe a month ago, but have only been able to use it once.
