I think it's actually just this computer, because it says some bs about the network not responding...

When I saved it to my computer, it quit moving. :(

It's because it's too big, avatars on MX are limited to 70 pixels on their longest side of 19.5Kb in total filesize.

Some people have big ones because mods give them out sometimes.

Hmm, I have the file and everything needed to convert it but the program I'm using says it doesn't contain recognizable video. I need to "install" an .ax file but idk what it is or how to. I assume that's what's stopping me from adding the file for conversion.

There is literally no way that the gif will be a suitable size. Before editing, the image is nearly 14 MB and every time I remove a frame (or even resize it), it turns the rest of the gif to black and white. Sorry to fail you :(

If anybody else wants a go, here is a RAR containing the original image. I used the first 250 frames and everything after that was deleted.
