ok now that i have all the kids' attention, my speakers are broken and my headphones only work in the right one, so recommend me albums that only require one headphone to enjoy. It's why I've been listening to so much hip hop lately, I know negros aren't clever enough to exploit stereo sound. In other words, albums with even mixing, none of that "ooh lets be clever and stick shi in the left headphone so that rube pulseczar cannot listen to it"

Set whatever you are listening to your music on to mono.

Theres alot of hate. Try some hardcore punk. Not that much of it is very good, but I'm pretty sure when they mix they just try and see how deep in the red they can get the meter.
Thanks

The only stuff that can conceivably work for this are tunes mixed in mono. Which means you're looking for mostly pre-60s stuff. No, rap music isn't in mono. Since stereo was invented, every recording since has employed creative and practical panning to add interest or separate parts that occupy similar frequency spaces. You're an idiot.

Lessee here, wrong on two counts.
1) Just cause you are too indie for HC doesn't mean HC is bad.
2) For the time period, the bands had excellent mixes considering they had nothing in terms of resources and studio time.

Ok, I'll actually try to be helpful. Dig out some old Jefferson Airplane, or I think The Doors had maybe a mono cd?

Mono Doors albums are collectors items on vinyl (some good condition ones go for almost $500) so I doubt they have any of that on CD
