So now that UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) is picking up a lot of fans, they're making a game, for release in 2007.

See it on the official UFC site. God I can't wait. I wonder if the in-game graphics will really be like that.

it looks like CGI, but if they could pull those off that's be pretty tight.

I think it looks alot like fight night.

If they could pull off all the aspects of MMA this should be a really good fighting game.

Definitely.

The first UFC game was absolutely awful, every single fight ended within about 10 seconds.

Yea, hopefully they learned to keep life bars out of an MMA game.

i creamed my self when i saw this vid... it does look alot like Fight night but that's a good thing.

Err ya, when I said that earlier I meant as a good thing as well. Fight night is a very solid game.

I just hope that they cover a lot of ground game. The slow-mo things for KO just like fight night would be fine, but imagine say different frantic button combos like RE4 for submissions or trying to reverse sumissions, I think that'd work.

That's exactly what me and my friends said, button combos could flash up, and you have to do them within a certain time to do the submission, maybe if you don't do it all you don't lock it in properly and they can get out or something.

I have the Dreamcast version, dunno if that was the first one but it was actually impossible to make a fight last. Even if you weren't trying you could beat them in 10 seconds. (Or the other way round if you had it on hard difficulty).
