A pair of pants
A shirt
Shoes
Accessories (bags, etc.)
Cell phone plan
Etc.
I get most of my shirts from thrift stores; pants at lower end new places. I need to get some new pants, too, now that I'm down to at least a 32 waist, maybe 30. But I can't fathom spending $100 or $200 on a pair of pants, let alone accessories like this:http://www.jcrew.com/catalog/product.jhtml?id=prod70636361&catId=cat200080

Haha I'd actually shop at Walmart if I didn't consider them to be the devil :\
I go the route of Kmart, Sears, Target, etc. The only thing relatively expensive that I get is shoes; I have an $80 pair of boots, $40 loafers, and some cheaper ones, but I need to get a decent pair of sneakers.

Pants - No more than 40, depends on how well they fit and how comfortable and durable they feel. (I'm not a brand whore. Right now I'm wearing 10$ Kohl's sale Urbanup jeans.)
Shirt - No more than 30. (I like the 2$ walmart ones, solid black, white, or grey, no pocket, just 100% comfort.)
Shoes - No more than 60. (I wear 6E width shoes.)
Bookbag - Cheapest **** possible.
Cell Phone - Free - 50$, depends on if it's one of the cool ones with the radio and crap, which is cool, because it gets annoying carrying both a Sansa and phone around.
All currencies in USD.

Pants/Jeans $25- $55.00
Shirts: Anywhere from $15-$25.00 I like to go to thrift stores and pick up some weird stuff for $1.00 ea too lol
Shoes: Anywhere from $35-$150 depending if they are hiking, training, gym or dress shoes.
Accessories: I just bought a custom leather jacket from this guy in Hollywood, He is a amazing designer but pretty pricey: I bought it 3 sizes too small to give me incentive. http://www.shopmarcvachon.com/main.html
Cell Phone: I have 3 cells now with different area codes. I use pay as you go cause it's much cheaper. bout $20 bux for month each phone

I usually buy the 15 dollar jeans from walmart and I have a lot of the 4 dollar cotton t-shirts for work and comfort.
Then I have a ton of band shirts I get wherever and some novelty shirts people have given me or I saw and liked. I don't think I've ever spent more than 20 bucks on a shirt, but usually no more than 10.
When I buy shoes, I like vans. I haven't bought tennis shoes in a long time though. I get my boots at sears, and usually drop about 100 on them.
I've had the same 10 dollar messenger bag for years.
I'm not fancy at all :(

"Is that the same shirt you wore yesterday?"
"No. *reaches in car, pulls out 25 of the same shirt"
"Oh."
Oh, cell phone plan?
I'm on a Cingular family plan, about to get hooked up on my brother's though because my parents are anti-texting without monitoring it.
However I will be paying the 20$ monthly fee. It'll be nice.

I wear mine to work, we do screen printing of cups, plates, and napkins by hand, so they get filthy easily, one will easily last me 100 wears though, it just won't be the same color after a few days.
I've not had to buy new ones. I wear the few clean ones I have to school sometimes, because the longer black ones with the V neck make me look rather thin and built on the arms, they're comfortable AND sexy!

well actually i think old navy are a LITTLE cheaper then 40 but not too much, but i've grown to love them alot.... I used to go all out on jeans- levi's/ hilfiger/jnco...but now i usually just buy regular levi's as they're the most comfortable and least costing.
Sometimes it's nice to go all out on some pants and I'd probably NEVER actually find a pair of $100 jeans, it's just that's the amount of money i'd alot myself for buying some jeans on a paticular shopping day(lollike never)

A pair of pants - $40 tops
A shirt - for tees around $10 to $20 is decent. $20 if I want it really bad.
For shirts I just go with anything among the $30. Since I don't like them a lot, I only buy 1 or 2.
Shoes - $35 to $100. Again, if they are extremely good I'll buy the latter, but usually a pair of chucks do the job.
Accessories (bags, etc.) I buy a lot of wristbands and stuff.
Cell phone plan - none, I buy prepay.

Shoes:$150
Accessories (bags, etc.):None-may get some shades sometime tho
