So I am about to move from Boone, North Carolina to San Francisco, California. I have never been to the west coast in my entire life, although I have heard it kicks ***. What are differences between east coast and west coast? I have heard that weed is medically prescribed, and i have chronic pain so this makes me excited :D

dude, i'm telling you pot is the be all end all in pain medicine... i had a REALLY painful stomach ache the other day like i was literally keeling over in pain...went out back and smoked a unit ...magically, all better. and it's not like it took a long time to kick in either as soon as i smoked my painfilled stomach was gone!

and then i went and ate alot of food b/c i was munch'n

weed's main medical use is for curing stomach pain. I have done the exact same thing you justsaid. You can take even like just 1 hit out of a gravity bong (a tiny amount of weed) and you can seriously feel it working, and 4 seconds later your stomach pain is gone.
