Stars- In Our Bedroom After the War

So this was released for download a few days ago on itunes and the Arts and Crafts website about 2 months ahead of schedule to combat leaks. (I actually purchased it legally (I know!)). I am totally in love with it. Although this could change after a few weeks, right now it's my favorite Stars album. There's actually quite a bit of variety on it, which I felt was lacking on previous Stars' releases. My favorite album of 2007 so far!

Yeah, it's been on mad repeat at the Tsuru household. It's a nice evolution on their sound. Amy's songs are the highlights, imo. Window Bird is just brilliant with abrupt changes, the grandiose ending, and the ethereal effect on her voice...
