Yaaaarrrrr (gyle),

Were a Ukulele and Nintendo Gameboy, avant folk pop band* (try saying that out loud, if you make it in one breath I'll give you a bakers dozen of high fives [the rainbow sprinkle variety {Oh, by the way my name is Casey James and I love nesting punctuation}]).

We'll see you're dozen and raise you a deuce if you check out our tunes, crisp off the stove like those fine Belgium waffles (flap jacks, waffles, whatever)...

*It's an awful tag I know. Just think, sugar rush, booty on the floor, cartoon music mutations paired with thoughtful, visceral, lyrics and a flair for the bizaAAAaaarr (that last bit goes with a sinister baritone with a hefty bit of vibrato [of course we sound more like overgrown, bratty kids {there i go with the punctuation bit}])

So your singer sounds just like Conor Oberst.

Your MySpace layout is better than your music. Terrible gimmick try-hard bullshit.

I was expecting utter bulls'hite, based on all your boasting.
but it's kind of like My Chemical Romance. beneath all the image and boasting crap, there's actually decent music.
it's catchy and tight. I like the vocals, though I'm not too sure I can get into the beatboxing and vocal mumbo jumbo.
drop the "WE ARE THE ONLY UKULELE AND GAMEBOY DUO IN THE WORLD OMG WE RULZ TEH WORLD" crap, and focus on the music - and you might get me as a fan. this is promising, and I enjoyed your three tracks, especially number one.
