How to use Linplug RMIV drum plug-in

A few months ago I bought Mackie's Tracktion 2 recording software that came with the Linplug RMIV drum VST plug-in. I've never considered using it before, but now I'd like to start using the RMIV plug-in, and I really don't have any idea of how to use it. I know that in Tracktion you have to drag it into the plug-in spot, and it brings up the window of how to change the sounds, but I don't actually know how to use it to get some drum beats. Any help? Route MIDI data to its inputs. I don't which notes exactly, but smart money says it uses GM drum assignments, so start at C1 and move up the notes a semitone at a time to see which instruments are triggered.

You can do this with a pre-existing MIDI file, or with live MIDI input.

ok, yeah now I see. By each drum/cymbal it shows what note it would be (i.e.: C1, C#1). Okay, I understand it now. Thank you very much!
