So you dont actually need one of those PSP discs -- you just store the iso on the PSP itself. It's all falling into place.

Yeah, obviously through the cable the PSP comes with to connect to the PC. I don't have a PSP so i wouldn't know exactly but i read that you can play FFVII on the PSP by doing just that
