ok, so i dont know what to do in this situation, i sold some golf clubs on ebay and sent them out at the same time, to two different people. One person received and is happy with their clubs, the other person, who has a feedback rating of zero, claims they haven't received their item. I know I sent it to the right address, I had the sheet that I copied the address from with me still which I confirmed with her address.
now the club is only 20 bucks or so, knowing it was sent I do not want to reimburse her, considering for all I know, some new ebayer is trying to pull something on me, but I dont want negative feedback either.
any ideas??
