hey guys, im sure you get this question alllll the time but i just need some quick replies for a gig i have in 2 days! Our band just started weeks ago, we got down some covers like...Santeria, killing in the name(instrumental), suck my kiss, buddy holly. and they are pretty solid too.

basically we do anything rock, but i wanted to know some popular recognizable titles, and easy meaning just easy to sing...the intrument playing can be done all around.

the venue is for my friend krysta's graduation party... so should i stay away from heavy/darker songs such as alice in chains..ect?

im open to any pop/rock/funk/punk/heavy songs

tell me your favs! thanks guys, :)

"Let me Put my Love into You" - AC/DC

honestly, i think it is better to just play well known songs. that way even if you blow, people will be able to participate, sing along etc. They will usually have a lot more fun. Probably something from dashboard, or fall out boy.

All the darker stuff, while it's "cooler" on this forum, it might not sit so well with the party people. Even if you perform it really well. Unless you're playing anything from Jason Mraz's album. :)
