I have it narrowed down to two at the moment: the Clavia Nord 88-stage and the Kawai MP-8. I was hoping I could get some advice from anyone who might have had some experience with either of these or any other digital piano/piano.

Thanks

I love my Korg SP-200, but I'm reasonably sure they don't make them anymore. It was a steal at $700 new, and the action and sounds are fantastic.

I have a Yamaha P250 and I love it. I don't think they make that particular model anymore, but they do make pianos similar to it. I've not used the Clavia Nord, but I really enjoy playing Kawai pianos. Korg makes a good product as well. If you've not already, go to a Guitar Center store somewhere and check out their keyboard rooms.

I've just ordered a Casio Privia PX310. I've heard it's one of the best for its price range (which is under £500). Yet to see what it's like for real though....although the sound demos on the site sound good.
