This is just a little audio I threw together. Enjoy, and constructively criticise. :thumb:

I really like the snare drum sound, but the bass is pretty muffled. Maybe add some punch to it?

What recording gear do you have?

I digged it. Agreed about the bass as well. Specs on the cymbals and snare?

Those Xs20 hats really aren't bad. My school has a pair, and they sound pretty good. Good playing, I dug it!

^^^ yea they are really crisp for being from a budget-friendly line of cymbals. I love them and don't plan on upgrading.

Suprising, huh zildjian?

Man I just listened to the track on purevolume and for some reason the player made my toms sound like straight ****. It sounds fine when I play it through iTunes. I don't what the deal is, but my toms don't sound so dead really.

Try hosting it on soundclick, perhaps.

I'm listening to it now, and I really love the sound of your drums, even if the toms do sound a little dead. Very nice playing, too!

turn the gain on your OH up, your cymbals are like 20 miles behind your snare.

and your kick needs EQUALIZATION, not volume changes.

Alright thanks man. I just went back and messed around with the bass drum and it already sounds alot better. When I recorded this I didn't really mess with the EQ or anything, I just hit record and started playing.
