...and here they are. It's my black metal band, but I still try to have some element of musicianship, haha. Choose the last two songs, and yes the song titles are temporary.

"In darkness i pray" wasnt bad, i thought the guitar had too much distortion tho, it was hard to like hear everything else lol.i guess i just dont like this type of metal tho.

I didn't mix it. :( My singer is well...less experienced with that sort of thing then me.

Guitar kinda drowns everything else out. Needs to be re-mixed me thinks.

Don't really know what to say about the music. Its been done many a time before...

Well.....I don't like it. The drums were, well, ok, I really couldn't hear them.

 From what it sounds like, he doesn't know anything. Hopefully with more drums it'll sound more evened out.

I can't hear the drums well enough...

I know you play pretty well, but your playing sounds like crap in those recordings.

Oh, alright, I guess the drum sounds do it. I have a video of it too, sounds quite a bit better.

No offence, but my band recorded our songs with everyone playing and using a small built-in laptop mic, and it sounds better than that... when you re-mix everything, be sure to bump this thread or something so I can get a better listen then. :)

The drumming sounds good from what I could hear though. I'm not really into black metal too much. I'm more of a death metal guy. :)

Well some of the production, like the guitar tone for instance, is pretty much intentional. It's really only the drums and bass that don't work right. Oh, and might I add that I didn't actually mix any of this..my singer did it, and he doesn't know much about recording to say the least.

I can hear the drums fine. Get some decent speakers everyone.

Drummings pretty tight. Very nice work man. Don't love the music, but yeah, awesome drumming.

oh i have decent speakers. the drums are soooooooo far back in the mix, i can't even really hear a snare, nor any hats or anything like that. The guitar is too bright, and, in the 3rd listed song anyway, the singer's reverb (delay actually) is so annoyingly high i don't understand what he's saying (which, really, is probably ok)

Thanks man, I tried, haha. I think the first "blasting" section could be a little tighter, but it's hard to play along to something when their own tempo changes, haha.

Yeah, the only time the snare is clearly audible is whenever I have the time to do loud rimshots, even then it isn't loud enough. Well they record at my house now, so I casually turned the overheads and snare up, hah. :)

The overheads sound really harsh...

Not much creativity in the drumming, but thats black metal for ya. I liked it, anyways.
