Honestly, as much as I love Underoath, I don't think Spencer is anything special. I think the way his vocals mesh with Aarons is what makes them awesome, from a vocal perspective.

His vocals when he first joined Underoath were pretty absurd, he sounded like he could be in a band like Daughters or Destroyer Destroyer or some ****. He has a very very powerful mid range though. Mids are by far the most difficult technique to get down.
