Does this actually work? It's gotten a lot of good reviews and stuff on the site, but if I'm going to fork out two hundred hard earned dollars, I want to know that I'll get my moneys values out of it.
So are there any previous students of Mr Manning in the house?

I tried this program for a month and it helped me immensley. I added 2 notes to my upper range. Unfortunately, I had to stop for exams and shi but I'm going to start again in the summer. The exercises and tips on this thing are pretty good, but they only focus on expanding vocal range and I don't think they can help you achieve a lot besides that. I must say, though, that I only listened to half of the program, but a friend told me there's nothing special in the other half. This is not a program for an absolute beginner or a beginner even (which I believe you are?). If you can't sing on tune, the exercises won't help you much.
I recommend Singorama, because it covers much more ground and is better technically. You should get the Brett Manning program, though, but not before you try Singorama or get a voice teacher.
On a side note, nath, why pay $200? *cough*btjunkie*cough*

Yes, it is worth it. If you are willing to put in the time and effort it requires, the payoff is immense. I've only been using it for about a year, but my range has already increased greatly and my tone and whatnot have improved. I would also recommend getting a voice teacher along with the program. Make sure the teacher believes in teaching a "mixed" or "middle" voice, otherwise what they say will conflict with the program.
Here's a forum that discusses mainly Singing Success as well as general voice things... http://p102.ezboard.com/fjessenemitzfrm9

La Revolucion, how many notes did it add to your range? And were you a decent or good singer before you started the program?

My range before starting the program was from some low note up to about an E4. After I discovered mixed voice my usable range is now about up to an A4, but as I train more I should be able to get it up to a male high C, maybe in another year or so. Before I started the program I could also sing on key fine and stuff like that, I mainly did it for range.
