hey, can you guys post some links for melodicas(uk sites pref), i'v been wanting one for a while, not using it seriously for anything but there are a few songs i know which feature it and id like to learn the parts. thanks. :thumb:

I think "Enfilade" by At the Drive-In has a short melodica part in the bridge section.

I got mine on eBay. It's fine, but I could never be bothered to file the reeds to tune it.

I got mine on ebay, and it's not badly tuned.
However don't imagine you'll play it all the time. It has some novelty but it's a complete bitch to work into much music at all.

i use it when im away from home and i dont have a piano to play its pretty nice tbh i really enjoy mine

I am primarily an electronic musician, so when I go to this folksy traditional festival (where you camp and hang out and stuff), I bring the melodica to blow with the acoustic guitarists and fiddlers and things, since it's something to play that's more akin to what's going on there.
