That's retarded though. I think there would be more (and better quality) participation if there was more time for songwriting. The next deadline won't be until July anyway, so what's the point of hanging around in limbo? I thought the goal of doing this quarterly was to get more participation? I know that personally, I have to go back after the competition and rerecord my sh*t because I didn't have the time I needed to make it sound the way I wanted to, and it's getting to be a waste of my time....
