So I don't really expect anyone else to reply to this, or even know what one is, but I bought one and I'm enjoying it so far. I just wanted to see if anyone else played or is interested in them

I've seen two different looking instruments both called ektara, this:

I'm not sure why, so if someone could clarify that I would appreciate it. I have one similar to the one in the first pic anyway.
