your kit is just so sexy mate.
well done!
are you only running the cymbals off rack (ie - no toms?)
Panopticon
05-08-2007, 10:28 AM
The toms were on the rack but when i moved them over it kept interfering with the bass drum mount so i decided to use it and save a clamp...The 14" tom is on the rack though...and the 20" AA Med ride is on a stand.
All the mem locks are in use now

quick question, where can i get a nice sabin sticker like that? me likes to whore the sabian name even though it's of no benifit to me. figure since all but two of my cymbals are sabian i might as well get a sweet sticker. i like stickers.

Genius, those 10" BP's are amazing. I have the Maple one myself and I'd have sex with it if it wasn't a drum.

Is the deep forest snare 14" and the metal one 10"? I thought it looked like the other way round on the pics, could be wrong. Nice kit though man, looks amaazing.
Hows the A china low boy? I'm thinking of getting one.

no the SS snare (the shiny one) is 10" and the deep forest is 14"
The China boy Low is sexy...its pretty deep and quite trashy...and it has a medium long decay.
And i LOVE my mapex's...i'll be picking up a 16" tom soon then that'll be it drum-wise pretty much.
I just need a few more cymbals and i'll be done my setup for good.

The setup's looking rad cream, man. Nice to see it coming along. I rarely add things to my kit, it's so much money and money is tight! You mentioned a show... have you got a band?
Christ's chin! Last time I saw your kit it looked like this:

When did you replace the Taye with the Mapex then? A vast improvement I'd say. Must try out those 10" BP's.
