Hey guys i bought this 14 x 5 Orange County snare for Just Under £400, and i have had it for nearly a year now. I'm selling it because it doesn't have the desired sound that i want, and i have another snare which i prefer at the moment. I wanted your help as to what price i should ask for, when selling it, because i have never sold drums before! I was thinking around £300.

Thanks guys!

It is a type 1, 10 ply, 14 x 5 piccolo snare.

It has never been gigged, and there are no blemishes or marks on the wrap itself, the only marks are on the batter head, which is about due for a replacement!

5" is picillo? I'd set the reserve at £300 on ebay? and a BIN price at £350 or so? 'Cos some spoilt brat is sure to buy it? Just bluff a load of bull? Did you get to hear the snare befor you bought it? 'Cos £400 on a snare you've never heard is crazy

Thats one fine drum right there.

You're right, but being OCDP. Kids/people will me like OMGZ OMGZ!!! Especially with ebay, so you might be able to sell it for more. The other option is to ask your local drum store to sell it and you give them a percentage?

This is also True, but not all of Barkers fans are like this :)
