Yeah, anyone else (besides the antisemites) still champion the insane and suicidal position that Israel should release terrorists from jail in order to convince the Palestinians to stop causing trouble?:smash:
Releasing murderers is definitely a bad thing.

Hey zero, you know channel 4, that "strongly biased anti-israel' news source?
Yesterday they did a peice on the horrific child-suicide-bomber techniques of palestinian terrorists.
When will you realise that this is two very evil machines fighting in which neither deserves to win, with inocent civilians caught in the crossfire?

How many Palestinians have been murdered last year?
Plenty, with Hamas and Fatah doing battle with little regard for civilians in the way.

Morally equating the two sides is insulting.

Morally equating the two sides is insulting.A dead civilian is a dead civilian, and I don't particular care who killed them or how.

This thread title is misleading. "Almagor's Web site carries 177 portraits of people who were murdered by terrorists released from prison." The meaning of the sentence where you got your title from is ambiguous as well, but I don't think it means 177 people have been killed after these terrorists have been released.
And I doubt any of us believe murderers should be set free, no matter what our stance on the Palestinian-Israeli Conflict. But this goes back to the question of what constitutes terrorism.
Almagor maintains that 80 percent of the released Palestinian terrorists resumed terror activity.
Security sources, however, say that only about 25 percent of the released Palestinians went back to terror activity.
So first of all, not all released Palestinians go back to "terror activity." Which may indicate that they weren't even terrorists upon their imprisonment. Secondly, what is terrorist activity?
This article sucks.

Morally equating the two sides is insulting.
Why? Just because Israel's guns are shinier doesn't mean they're any better.
So palestinians use children as suicide bombers
and israel push palestinian children when searching homes they think are booby trapped
so what's the difference

It does. In the pastyear, 177 Israelis have been murdered by Palestinian terrorists who were released from prison as a way to try to negotiate with terrorists.
A dead civilian is a dead civilian, and I don't particular care who killed them or how.
The intent and cause is what's relevant, though.

and wheres the proof
the article isnt even about that, ha'aretz is an ok source if you want to use it but they only state the claims of another organisation as a footnote
they are even critical of it before that
Almagor maintains that 80 percent of the released Palestinian terrorists resumed terror activity.
Security sources, however, say that only about 25 percent of the released Palestinians went back to terror activity.
thats 'security sources', plural, that disagree with these figures
its not a good sign when you link to an article that questions your own claims

It's the last seven years, Zero.
Oh :\ principle is the same. Those who advocate releasing bloodthirsty terrorists as a means of compromise have blood on their hands.

I'm quite sure soldiers/fighters of both sides want to kill their opponents. The intent is pretty much the same.
Besides I'm not sure you can be impartial regarding the cause.
