Pinkerton is pretty much perfect, and Blue is really fun. I listened to Green a while ago, but it isn't really worth it to listen again.

This is my favorite band. Blue and Pinkerton are awesome.

And I happen to enjoy Make Believe a lot more than most people did. It's not as good as Blue or Pinkerton, but it's definitely better than Green and Maladroit. There was actually a hint of feeling put into the album.

One of my favorite bands actually. Blue and Pinkerton are excellent, and I really like Green actually. Maladroit is meh, Make Believe quite frankly blew.

QOTSA are really good. I wouldn't go as far saying that Weezer is one of the best mainstream bands today though :DWeezer are a lot better than a lot of new bands coming out.

And compare the quality of QotSA to a lot of other mainstream bands. There is a huge difference.

Weezer is a good band to sit down and listen to the record all the way through, at least their first two records. They write good pop singles, too, but I think they're better to listen to when you listen to the whole album.

I agree completely. I think that was the difference between the earlier albums and the later ones. They all have really good singles, but they became much too focused on making good singles rather than good albums. 'Dope Nose', 'Island in the Sun', 'Hash Pipe', and 'Perfect Situation' are all really good songs, but they dont represent the rest of the album like Blue and Pinkerton did, on which almost every song could be a single.
