Description:
I’m going out on a limb again this time, but I think some of you guys will appreciate this band. Lightning Bolt’s music is spastic, sporadic, and utterly insane. It can be a little tough to get into, since it doesn’t seem to have any sort of structure, but if you can get beyond that, it really is awesome.

Their songs are so ‘all-over-the-place’ that it makes it hard to lose focus on, because things are constantly changing, redrawing your attention to the music. To get a feel for how intense, insane, and incredible this band really is, I highly suggest checking out the documentary (see: Links), as it really helps give a better understanding of what this band is all about.

Description:
As you can see, this band is still very new. It won't be expanding most of you guys' tastes either, because this is what you all love, but I wanted to share it with you because I really dig it. If you like TAITA (Thrice) I imagine you will like this band. Some moments are also kinda Dillinger Escape Plan-esque but don't let that throw you off (if it would normally) it's really cool stuff.

Next time I'll put in a more weird diverse band :p

Lightning Bold = Most unique band on the face of the planet. Hands down. I love listening to experimental music and they're about the kings of it.

Never heard of Ivan, plan on checking them out. I'll post my opinion on them afterwards.

Woah, nice band Vince. Very cool sounding. I like the way the songs transition between one kind of mood to the other. It paints a pretty radical picture.

Time to SlSk these guys :thumb:

Fo sho.

Listen to all of it though, I listened again today and I love the last 2 songs but the earlier songs not quite as much. There's a big range of styles among them too. The first minute is almost straight off a DEP record heh.

Haha, I only listen to albums in their entirety, so that won't be a problem.

Thanks Vince. :)

They definitely fall into my taste of music, so more than likely I'll listen to the whole thing/burn onto a disc.
