This idiot gave me a ticket in a loading zone because i wasn't loading when he saw me, but clearly we were moving equipment back and fourth... and then i tell him have some humanity. He had the nerve to tell me he does HAH! Parking enforcement? Humanity? Such things shouldn't be mentioned in the same context!
