Hey guys, as you may remember I was having trouble with a cello a few months back, regarding tuning mostly.
Now it worked fine for a while with peg paste, but now they're going all funky and not tuning again, so I was told maybe I should replace the pegs.

While looking for a decent and not too expensive new set I came across these:

http://www.knilling.com/

They're geared pegs for stringed instruments, "Perfection Pegs", but they look the same, and aparently they are reversable too, if you don't like them.

I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with these pegs and what your thoughts are on them?

Cheers, :chug:

I've never used them but it seems to me that *anything* would be better than friction pegs.

Very true. These are sticking and slipping a ****ton, and its starting to annoy me.

Anyone have info/have used them?

*Shameless bump*

You tried peg drops on your friction pegs? Might be an easier solutionn.

Yeah, got some when I bought peg paste just in case.

I DID get it of the 'Bay so its probably just old and need replacing either way
