These are tow local-ish bands that I think ou guys would enjoy, I'm seeing the first one tonight.
www.myspace.com/mimisoya - This is like power pop/pop-punk, very summery and upbeat, check them out, btu the song ''A Memoir'' isn't too good, the other three are quality.
www.myspace.com/blueskysummer - Sound similar to Taking Back Sunday etc, they put on a good live show. I reccomend ''ps I Was Happy Before''.
It's quite cool these bands are playign shows roudn my area, because before thi we jus tahd really bad metal/metalcore bands, which isn't really my thing (not too much anyway).
