Please listen and tell me what you think.

And I know the recording sucks, but I think it kind of complements the song.

Hey!
I like it. Your right the lo fi sound does add a whole lot too it.
Im going to be honest, your voice isnt the strongest ive ever heard (everything seems in key though). However I personally feel the style of music your playing perfectly suits your voice.

The mix is a little odd in my opinion. The panning (making things sound in different speakers), is a little extreme. I guess you could try something a little more subtle.

At first I thought this was going to suck (the intro riff on guitar is probably the most overused riff ever). It all comes together though. Nice work.

this is pretty good. the main riff is a bit overused, as Lexluthor puts it. but it does not sound bad.
the electric guitar is great. really makes the song, along with your voice. it's really good. and I don't mean "good" - as in technically superior, obviously. but I mean - Bob Dylan, Morten Samdal and Bob Mould all got great voices - even though they're not always in key, if yah get what I mean ;)
the acoustic guitar riff that kicks in towards the end really lifts the song
the guitars are excellent mixed, but I feel like the vocals shouldn't be so extreme l/r as the guitars. just a personal opinion though.

so my final rating is 3.5 or 4 (can't decide)/5. this is very good.

Thanks man. The vocal mixed is a bit screwed up, I don't know how it happened. It just ended up that way. I think I'll re-mix it tonight so the vocals aren't as extream. It means a lot guys.
