Yeah, we're recognized by quite a few bands. I know when the staff voted "No Heroes" as the best album of 2006, Converge posted it on their myspace.
We're moving on up like the Jeffersons.
This is good to know that our efforts in contacting artists isn't futile.
Thanks, JA.

I posted a link to my Onslaught review on the Slayer.net forums, and there was some guy on there who runs a Metal E-Zine. He had interviewed them, drop them a note, and I talked to the drummer briefly. Pretty cool...

Yeah iluvatar is specifically quoted (his sound off) on www.convergecult.com
Converge "No Heroes" takes No. 1 @ sputnikmusic.com
Converge "No Heroes" takes No. 1 and No. 3 slots on two different year end polls @ sputnikmusic.com. Here's an excerpt:
"By far the most *** kicking release of the year, Converge drop their second guitarist but continue to be one of the most intense bands on the planet. From the brutal opening tracks, to the near ballad 'Grim Heart/Black Rose,' to the almost emocore 'Lonewolves,' this is arguably the most well-rounded album Converge have yet to release. -- John A. Hanson"
