Jersey's Best Dancers > Hello Bastards in my opinion. Absolutely love both though. New Lifetime is good, too.

I listened to their s/t earlier tonight. They're ok but I've never been as enthralled with them as everyone else seems to be.

Vince, check out Sommerset, they're like Lifetime, but you might like them better.

EDIT: Or at least the album I have is.

These guys are pop punk?

Saves the day is pop punk, but Lifetime? Isn't that kinda pushing it?

they seem pop punk to me but whatever works for you.

Overrated by a lot of people who would never of heard of them had they not made a comeback. Hello Bastards and Jerseys are solid albums but nothing spectacular.

Melodic Hardcore, maybe. Close enough to pop-punk.

Awesome band, either way. Jersey's Best Dancers is one of my favorite albums.

Ya, I listened to their s/t about an hour ago and I think they're a pretty good band.

lifetime can definitely be called a pop punk band. jersey's best dancers is one of the most important pop punk cds of the 90's.

they just keep the punk in pop-punk a bit more than other bands.

Commie took my words. Nice band though. I need to check out more of them, it reminds me of Bouncing Souls, whom rule.

One of my favorite bands. Real catchy and fun to listen to... I would put the albums in this order:

JBD>Hello Bastards>S/T=Seven Inches>Background

Has anyone else listened to Background? Kinda weird listening to it considering how much they fine-tuned their sound since that album.

I had it on my computer for a short time before I reformatted. I enjoyed it, but it didn't get much playtime. Perhaps I'll redownload it.

Seeing them next Friday. If anyone has seen them, what should I expect in terms of a setlist?
