I'm pretty interested in this guy and I was thinking of seeing The Cook, the Theif, His Wife & Her Lover pretty soon, but I'd kind of like to know what I'm getting myself into before I see it. From what I've read, it's pretty ****ed up.

Has anyone seen any of his films? Anyone like his stuff?

The Cook... seems like his most well known and accessible film. It has some reasonably famous actors in it...Tim Roth and Helen Mirren.
