Me and a friend are starting up a death metal band and I wanted to see what ppl thought of this song I'm writing. I also am having trouble ending it, so any ideas or suggestions are more than welcome. BTW, please excuse the fact that it is in midi. I'm still writing it in guitar pro and I don't wanna record it 'till I'm done writing it.

you could end it by using more than the same two chords all the time... really you should be doing a dickload of covers with a whole band, THEN start writing stuff when you guys have a better idea of how good songs sound...

man i'm in such a grumpy give it to everyone straight without remorse mood today

well. to tell the truth. I wouldn't worry too much about the ending, for now.
first - I would improve the intro, which is extremely repetetive. as is the rest of the song, to tell the truth. the three (maybe four)parts that's 2:07 long, could just as well be 25secs long.

I'm sorry. this wasn't my thing. at all. but maybe it'll sound better when you actually record it.

yeah condensing the song would be the best at the moment, especially since there's no vocals yet. if the vocalist needs more time then add it, but don't make your parts that long unless they have to be

Yeah, i was listening to it, and i'm inclined to agree. I was just trying to get some real heaviness to it, but I think I overshot it some.

Thanx for the input.
