Y' know, ones that aren't full of ideology, deep symbolism, and depressing themes to inspire the human condition. Just classics to just veg out to.

I'll get it started -

Dazed And Confused
My Cousin Vinny
Men At Work
The Burbs
Weekend At Bernies

Aside from these i can't think of any movies i can just relax to and have fun like these.

I enjoy every Bond film, including View to a Kill and Die Another Day (*shudders*). I think Dalton era is the best personally, though Craig looks as if he'll deseat him for best Bond.

Der Übermensch

I find Dalton to be weird... He first film, Living Daylights, is one of my favorites, but License to Kill is by far the worst bond ever. (Made Moore seem enjoyable).

That's funny. License to Kill is my third favorite Bond film, behind Goldeneye and Casino Royale.

Der Übermensch
04-04-2007, 11:46 PM
How in gods name could you like it? I mean sure, Bond films often cop to cashing in on the current fad (ex. Live and Let Die - Blaxploitation), but the whole "Bond Takes on Columbian Drug Lord" thing was just beyond lame.
Casino is definitly my fav non-Connery, but Goldfinger and Russia with Love are simply the best.

Russia With Love is also very good, definitally no. four or five. Probably the best Connery film.

A completely underrated Bond film (probably because its Moore) is For Your Eyes Only. That's a really really good movie, but almost nobody pays attention to it.
