Glancing over the mix, it looks great. I like the electronic flourishes combined with the spacier rock sound.

that doesn't look much like how my favourite driving cd looked. but i left it at my friends house and can't remember most of what was on it. very depressing.
edit: yours is more like a soundtrack for driving through some lusciously delicate scenery. mine was more for driving into other cars.
I'll try this tomorrow night. Is it more effective with stop and go driving or would the freeway help?
not too bad of a list..
i saw spoon live once...they were loud tbh

Seems like a good mix. I must admit that mine is starting to wear out. Plus, with the speeds it makes me want to drive I'm going to get pulled over soon. >_<

kind of both, I like the Eno/Byrne song because it always seems like it syncs up with whatever lights are flashing near the street at the time, but a lot of the other ones are good with freeway driving, like Orbital.

youre missin some and thats saying a lot because i know you know what ones i'm thinking of. but you get points for not including any Radiohead songs, which is what most people do and it ticks me off for bein so predictable.

This mix owns. I listened to it on the hour drive home from Deerhoof the other night. I felt like making my own, so I did;
1. M83 - Don't Save Us From the Flames
2. Bruce Springsteen - Dancing in the Dark
3. This Will Destroy You - The World is Our _____
4. Thom Yorke - Atoms For Peace
5. Red House Painters - New Jersey
6. The Streets - It's Too Late
7. Mogwai - Kids Will Be Skeletons
8. Laura - Non Servaim
9. Damien Jurado - I Am Still Here
10. Low - Violence
11. Do Make Say Think - Chinatown
12. Sigur Ros - Untitled 4
13. Jesu - Tired of Me
That's the best I could do.

I like the look of it, but to be perfectly honest: all you need is either a Sufjan Stevens, Elliot Smith, Badly Drawn Boy or Rufus Wainwright album.

no. I reviewed two demotapes by HIM.
and ca. nobody of you should be talking. you haven't even heard it. if you hate HIM, you have probably only heard the singles from their two biggest sellout albums, Razorblade Romance and Dark Light. back in the day (before they signed to a major label) - they kicked ***.

they're still good. but not nearly _as_ good as they used to be. back in the day, 'twas all 'bout art. not cashing in.
"ohhhhh, he hs a cheezy em@il-adress!!!!!11eleven whad a fagg0tttzxorx!"
yeah. I registred that m@il when I was like 10 or summat. but I still use it. I don't see any reason not to.
at least I can write proper English, 'stead of that wannabe 13375p34k thang you've got going for you, Zmev. and c'mon - Daft Punk? seriously.
