What do you think of Eels?

Personally I think they're quite possibly the best band in Indie!

I like a few songs.

Eels are alright, I have Electro-Shock Blues and it has it's moments (especially the title track) but not way are they "the best band in indie".

I like a lot of their songs. I love anything off Daisies of the Galaxy or Beautiful Freak.

i used to listen to these guys every once in a while. not so much anymore.

heard comparisons to beck before but i like eels more for one reason or another

I've always enjoyed Eels though it seems my interest in the group goes in waves...I can really get into the group for an album then lose interest for the next

I've got a couple of their albums ... I saw 'em live once ... beautiful freak tour opening for Poe ... great live ... albums haven't really moved me too much

don't know about best band of indie, but a hell of a band. Grace Kelly Blues has me bumping my head to the beat all the time.
