He's back. Well at least for a short bit. I've decided to return from my long hiatus to provide an update to sputnik. Unfortunately it won't be a new feature this time, but it will be a design update that I've been working on for awhile to simplify the navigation, especially on the main and genre pages. The width of the page is also expanding slightly, and we are getting an updated header logo. Should be up tomorrow afternoon/evening on those pages, and the rest of the site will be transformed later.

Digging the new layout, although there are one or two niggles, such as the font used for the featured reviews. But that's just me.

What I'm wondering about is what will be your involvement with mxtabs in the future? is Musicnotes, Inc. the sole owner? And will mxtabs continue to be linked to musicianforums in the future or will they diverge completely?

And my last question is, why has no one else asked these questions yet? Or did I miss some obvious thread about it? :p

The new layout is nice, but how about fixing some of the bugs? That band member bug has been there for weeks now.

Basically, because I don't have time right now. It is easier to work on layouts in very small chunks. This particular one has been sitting on my computer for a few weeks.
