There's this sort of talent show going on in a couple weeks that a few of us are supposed to play in. The majority of the show is just people lip syncing songs. We want to play some actual music for everyone instead of lip syncing. We've got drums, a bassist, trombone, a trumpet, a beginner guitarist, and a pianist. So here's the request: Could anyone recommend anything we could play that we could find sheet music for?

Get some Real Books, or maybe some of those Jamie Aebersold(sp?) jazz books. I am not sure if they are that good, but Real Books are a most def.

Playing jazz for a talent show. That will go nicely.:cool:
