Who you ask? Why it's Jennifer Pena of course! :p I just heard her new album "Dicen Que El Tiempo" on the way to work today (UMG) and it occured to me that this has to be her best work yet. This album has a nice mix of ballads and upbeat songs. It is definitely worth checking out http://www.myspace.com/jenniferpena
