Lo-Fi ish... .they are an Elephant 6 band... they are from the same group of American musicians who spawned some of the most notable independent bands of the 1990s, including The Olivia Tremor Control, The Apples in Stereo and of Montreal.

theyre pretty cool i dont listen to On Avery Island very often at all though, and i guess i dont really listen to Aeroplane all that often either but more so than the former. i like his voice though. Oh Comely is a really good song

Holland, 1945 is really great. Basically everything else they've ever done is average.

I like them a lot, Aeroplane is really great but Avery Island isn't so much.

I have On Avery Island and In The Aeroplane Over The Sea. I like them both pretty well. On Avery Island was kinda meh the first time I listened to it but then I listened to it again while riding the bus yesterday and it was awesome.

A friend got me into them recently, brilliant stuff.

Communists daughter is my favourite song so far but i'll really need to get an album sometime.

Neutral Milk's an awesome band. Probably my favorite lyrically. Some of the musicianship is pretty simple, but very powerful in my opinion.

I love Ghost and Two headed boy parts 1&2 particularly but the other songs on "In the aeroplane over the sea" are also great. All in all a fantastic band.
