I don't want it to vibrate through my wooden floors. I have a real small room.. Very small, all my crap is packed into a 10x10 room, and the only place i can stick this amp is where theres no carpet. You can hear it through the whole house when I play it even at lower volume, what can I stick under it so this won't happen?

Just place books or something under the corners so that its raised off the floor.

What my friend did was take some of those demo carpet things, and put some rubber matts under that, and then put his amp on it all. Seems to have done the trick, still living in his appartment lol.

I went out and grabbed some kitchen carpet thing thats rubber and it seems to work alright, I'll report back on my findings :)

Putting it on a table/desk/tv stand/whatever also works.

I have the same problem, i've got 5 or 6 layers of really wooly carpet under it going onto laminate flooring, the carpet does nothing.
But tbh my parents are used to my being noisy because I play drums too.
