Next Best Thing to an Ampeg 410 Cab

At my last gig, due to the fact that I had a head unit(QSC Power amp/Sansamp Preamp) but no cab, I borrowed another bands Ampeg 810 cab. I loved the tone I got out of it. I tried a Hartke 410 XL with my head unit the other day and it didn't sound as good as I wished it would have. The thing is the Ampeg is out of my price range. I'm looking for a cab that can deliver those lows and loudness like an Ampeg for around much less. I don't know if that's even possible but I need a cab pronto. I have a bunch of gigs coming up and I don't have time to save enough for an Ampeg. Any suggestions? Grazie.

TRy getting the 410 version if you ill fo the 810. It's called like the 410hlf

avatar is pretty nice for the ears and your wallet. i'm not sure how ampeg cabs sound so i wouldn't know how they'd compare

I can name a dozen MUCH better than that, but they'd be in similar price ranges to the Ampeg, if not more.

If you can find one (I don't recall exactly--but they may have discontinued this), give the Yamaha BBT410 a try. It's got a nice sound for the price.
